ADM Technician (Late Shift)

Late Shift Position: This position works 5 days 8 hours Monday-Friday from 4pm to 1am.

Role Overview: We have an opportunity for an ADM Technician to join the team at the Silverstone Facility. In this role you will be responsible for producing high-quality parts using a variety of rapid prototyping technologies. You will work closely with design engineers to create prototype parts for wind tunnel testing and the full size race car.

• Operate and maintain 3D printers and other rapid prototyping equipment
• Plan and program builds for 3D printing technologies
• Collaborate with design engineers to produce RP parts for wind tunnel testing
• Maintain the workflow of the rapid prototyping department
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise
• Ensure all safety guidelines and protocols are followed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Make repairs as necessary
• Participate in design reviews and provide recommendations for improvements
• Monitor and report on project progress, particularly related to RP builds
• Work with design teams and engineers to determine material specifications and requirements
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure on time delivery
• Be on call as part of the rota, 1 week in 9

• Experience working in an ADM department (motorsports preferable)
• Broad knowledge across multiple ADM technologies
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and designs
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with design engineers
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize competing demands
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to perform duties in a timely manner with minimal errors
