Job Description
Overview 
ADHD Teaching Assistant - Full-Time
Location: Twickenham, Greater London
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 15:30
Salary: Paid to Scale
Responsibilities- Implement individualized support plans under the guidance of the class teacher.
- Facilitate small-group and one-to-one activities that reinforce lesson objectives.
- Monitor behaviour, record observations, and communicate progress to staff and parents.
- Assist in adapting resources, using visual aids, timers, and sensory tools to maintain focus.
- Provide a calm, structured environment that encourages self-regulation and positive social interaction.
- Support classroom management, transitions, and extracurricular activities as required.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics; Level 3 qualification or relevant experience preferred.
- Proven experience working with children with ADHD or other neurodevelopmental needs.
- Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to safeguarding policies.
- Positive, patient, and proactive attitude toward inclusive education.

This is a temporary position, unless stated otherwise.
