AD Plant Operator - Hands-on, 4-on/4-off Shifts

Morepeople 01780 is seeking a practical AD Operative to join a leading UK family-owned agricultural and renewable energy business. You will support safe and efficient operation of an anaerobic digestion and CHP plant, handling feedstock, monitoring systems, and maintaining records.

The role offers hands-on responsibilities with a focus on reliability, safety and continuous improvement, in a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern including nights and call-outs.
