What you'll be doing

1. Be the go-to person for pricing, risk assessment, and performance analysis for our Treaty Underwriting teams.
2. Work closely with underwriters to enhance pricing models, monitor performance, and provide data-driven insights to shape business decisions.
3. Drive the actuarial large risk review process and lead segmentation analysis to identify outperformance or underperformance.
4. Challenge business plans with analytical evidence.
5. Focus primarily on Property Treaty, supporting Casualty Treaty occasionally, including leading reserving exercises and contributing to Solvency II technical provisions.
6. Update and document pricing models, manage internal model parameters, and ensure underwriting and reserving risks are backed by solid judgment.
