What you'll be doing- Be the go-to person for pricing, risk assessment, and performance analysis for our Treaty Underwriting teams.
- Work closely with underwriters to enhance pricing models, monitor performance, and provide data-driven insights to shape business decisions.
- Drive the actuarial large risk review process and lead segmentation analysis to identify outperformance or underperformance.
- Challenge business plans with analytical evidence.
- Focus primarily on Property Treaty, supporting Casualty Treaty occasionally, including leading reserving exercises and contributing to Solvency II technical provisions.
- Update and document pricing models, manage internal model parameters, and ensure underwriting and reserving risks are backed by solid judgment.
