Activities Coordinator - Mental Health & Wellbeing

Barton House Care Home is a specialist 24 hour nursing service supporting 15 adults living with complex mental health conditions. The Activities Coordinator will plan and deliver engaging, person-centred activities that promote wellbeing, independence and social interaction, tailored to individual interests and needs.
