Acrylic Sheet Production Operator - Temp-to-Perm, 12h Shifts

JDR Recruitment are recruiting Production Operatives for a manufacturing company based in Darwen. A process operator works on a production line manufacturing acrylic sheet material, with full training across seven key roles and close teamwork to ensure smooth production.

Shifts are 12 hours with paid breaks; 7 days and 7 night shifts per month. The position offers a permanent route after temporary engagement and an overtime rate. Temporary to Permanent relationship with the employer is stated.
