Job Title: Lifeguard at Freedom Leisure

This role involves ensuring the safety and enjoyment of visitors at our leisure facilities, including swimming pools, gyms and cultural spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe environment for all guests.
• Provide life saving assistance and emergency response.
• Assist customers and coordinate with other staff.
• Promote a welcoming atmosphere across all age groups.

Qualifications

• Cymhwyster NPLQ neu debyg (NPLQ qualification or equivalent)
• Cymorth Cyntaf yn y Gwaith (First Aid at Work)
• Sgïa Gymraeg (Welsh language skills desirable)
• An ability to relate to customers of all ages and abilities
• Well developed interpersonal skills
• Team orientated approach, able to work across organisational boundaries and demonstrate interest and support of the work of staff and colleagues
• To be able to work flexibly and understand instructions from managers
• Demonstrated passion and energy for the leisure industry
• Flexible and adaptable

Working Hours

Casual hours, as and when required.
