Part Time Spa Therapist at the Francis Hotel Bath £15.48 per hour plus service charge

The Francis Hotel has recently opened a luxury, treatment led spa in the heart of Bath, and we're building a small team of passionate, talented therapists to help shape its reputation from the very beginning.

We are currently recruiting for a part time position (3 days per week, to include every other weekend).

What you'll do

• Deliver massages, facials, and body treatments to the highest luxury standards.
• Create exceptional guest experiences - making every treatment feel personal and memorable.
• Support Spa Reception duties: welcoming guests, managing bookings, and handling enquiries.
• Be a key part of a high performing, close knit, and supportive team.

What we're looking for

• Level 3 VTCT / ITEC Diploma in Massage / Spa Therapies (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years' recent experience as a Spa Therapist / Massage Therapist in a luxury environment.
• Therapists who are highly skilled in massage and deep tissue techniques (pregnancy massage and reflexology are a bonus).
• Experience with GAIA products and treatments is desirable, though not essential.
• Confident using booking systems and basic computer skills.
• Flexibility to work a mix of weekdays and weekends.
• Applicants must be based in the UK with valid right to work status.

Please note: this role is centred on massage, facials and body therapies - we do not offer beauty treatments such as nails or waxing.
