Accounts Receivable Clerk - Care Home Network

HC-One is seeking a Debtors Clerk to support the management of customer accounts across our care home portfolio. This full-time, office-based role is based at our Central Support Office in Darlington, working 40 hours per week and collaborating with colleagues across the organisation to support homes nationwide.

You will manage private-pay and top-up accounts, issue statements, handle payment queries with empathy, and help ensure timely payments while maintaining accurate records.
