Your new role
As theAccount Payable Specialist you will;

• Managing invoice queries, ensuring accurate assessment and resolution.
  
• Liaisingwith internal departments and external suppliers to resolve invoice queries.
  
• Reconcilingaccounts and debit balances to prevent payment delays.
  
• Investigatingand resolving blocked invoices and exceptions daily.
  
• Matchingsupplier statements to the GRNI report.
  
• Contributingto continuous improvement initiatives and supporting company-wide changeprojects.
  
• Providinghigh-quality customer service aligned with company values.
  

What you'll need to succeed
You will have:

• Previous experience inan end-to-end Accounts Payable position
  
• Previous experience working in a large businessenvironment with exposure to a high volume processing.
  
• Excellent attention todetail
  
• Previous experienceusing SAP
  
• Desirable Languages (French, Dutch, Italian) - this is not essential
