Job Description

  • Lead and manage the audit and accounts department, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of audits, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Provide strategic direction and support to the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Review and approve financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for business development and growth within the department.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring the practice remains compliant and competitive.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts & Audit Director should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional accounting certification (e.g., ACCA, ACA).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing principles.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Outstanding strategic planning abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
