Accounts and Audit Senior

A well-established independent firm in Worcester is looking for an Accounts & Audit Senior to join their close-knit, supportive team.

The role:

• Lead audits and accounts preparation for a varied client portfolio
• Work directly with clients, building strong, lasting relationships
• Support and mentor junior staff, sharing your knowledge and experience
• Deliver high-quality, accurate work while contributing ideas to improve processes

About you:

• ACA, ACCA, or part-qualified
• Audit and accounts experience within practice
• Confident liaising with clients and managing engagements
• Team-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused
