Clark Wood are currently working with a highly regarded independent accountancy practice who are looking to recruit an Audit & Accounts Semi-Senior to join their growing team in Blackpool.

The practice works with a diverse portfolio of clients across a range of sectors, providing excellent exposure to both audit and accounts work. The successful candidate will be involved in preparing year-end accounts for a varied client base including limited companies, sole traders, partnerships and LLPs, whilst also supporting the delivery of statutory audit assignments. Working closely with Managers and Partners, you will assist with audit fieldwork, client liaison and the completion of assignments to a high professional standard.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years' experience within a UK accountancy practice environment, with exposure to both accounts preparation and audit work. You will be AAT qualified and either studying towards ACCA or looking to begin your studies. Strong communication skills, good attention to detail and the ability to build effective client relationships will be essential.
