Job Description

• 70/30 split weighted towards accounts, offering variety without audit overload
• Proudly independent and committed to staying that way, no plans to sell to PE
• Manage a portfolio of clients with a 70/30 split weighted towards accounts
• Oversee preparation and review of statutory accounts and audit files
• Lead client meetings and provide strategic advisory support
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, supporting their development
• Contribute to business development and growth strategy
• Ensure compliance with UK GAAP and audit standards
• Collaborate closely with partners on firm-wide initiatives

The Successful Applicant

• Professional qualifications in accounting or audit (e.g., ACA, ACCA).
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and audit processes.
• Experience in managing audits and preparing financial statements.
• Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and teams.
