Job Description

Manage a portfolio of clients with a 70/30 split weighted towards accounts. Oversee preparation and review of statutory accounts and audit files. Lead client meetings and provide strategic advisory support. Supervise and mentor junior staff, supporting their development. Contribute to business development and growth strategy. Ensure compliance with UK GAAP and audit standards. Collaborate closely with partners on firm-wide initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts & Audit Manager should have:

• Professional qualifications in accounting or audit (e.g., ACA, ACCA).
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and audit processes.
• Experience in managing audits and preparing financial statements.
• Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and teams.
