At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Part Time Accounts Administrator to join our client's growing team based in Enniscorthy. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Administrator to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organisation.
Your new role includes:- Manage daily accounting transactions including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and on time.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support the payroll process by compiling timesheets and verifying records.
- Maintain and update accounting databases and spreadsheets.
- Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve any billing or payment issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
