Job Description
SPNE117 Prison Service (SPNE) - Establishment of Detention Secretary-Accountant SPNE117 Prison Service (SPNE) - Detention Establishment La Promenade (EDPR) Closed detention establishment, of high security level, EDPR specializes in emergency reception, pre-trial detention, behavioral evolution research, and short-term management. It also focuses on intervention in complexes or involving disruptive behaviors. Missions As part of your role, you contribute to the effective financial management of the establishment. You handle mail and correspondence, telephone reception, writing minutes, updating dashboards, as well as archiving and quality control of data entries in the software. Furthermore, you manage inmates' accounts according to established procedures, including cash collections and payments, account statements, and closures. Additionally, you assist management in budget monitoring and financial entries, participate in the placement and follow-up of inmates, and establish contacts with various internal and external entities to ensure the smooth functioning of the establishment. Profile With a vocational certificate as a commercial employee or an equivalent qualification, you have several years of professional experience, ideally in the field of accounting. Commercial skills are an asset. You possess good writing skills and have solid foundations in accounting, as well as ease with numbers and common software. Knowledge of the X system is a plus. Detail-oriented, you have strong analytical skills and are able to work in a complex institutional environment while demonstrating discretion.
