For our Marin site, we are looking for a:As the head of the Finance function, you will be responsible for the maintenance, reliability, and compliance of the accounts of the Swiss entities of the group, in a structured environment.Responsibilities:- Ensure the complete general accounting of the Swiss entities in close collaboration with the Finance, HR, and Treasury teams.- Supervise accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) activities, support accounting assistants and apprentices, and be able to provide occasional oversight if needed.- Prepare the accounts in accordance with IFRS standards, in coordination with project engineers.- Drive monthly closings in the ERP (SAP) and ensure the reporting of the balance sheet, income statement, and annexes in the group's reporting tool.- Establish the accounts of the Swiss entities.- Prepare and submit VAT returns, ensure tax monitoring, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.- Prepare, coordinate, and supervise financial audits in connection with internal and external auditors.- Manage, train, and develop a small accounting team while contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and skills.Profile:- Federal diploma in finance and accounting or confirmed experience of several years in a similar function, ideally in a structured environment.- Mastery of Swiss taxation and IFRS standards.- Excellent command of SAP (FI/CO, SD, MM).- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to structure, improve, and evolve existing processes.- English level B2 minimum.- Proficient in common office tools.- Rigor, discretion, and ease in exchanges with interlocutors of all hierarchical levels.Position start: as soon as possibleWorking rate: 100%We thank you for sending us your application (cover letter, CV, diplomas, work certificates, etc.) via email.
