Accounting Integration, Oracle

Responsibilities

• Leading the Sparrow finance workstream, ensuring alignment to programme objectives
• Overseeing ledger integrations and ensuring robust financial controls are in place
• Supporting migration activities with a focus on control integrity and accuracy
• Ensuring business-as-usual (BAU) readiness post-implementation
• Coordinating delivery across CFO and CIO functions
• Ensuring SOX compliance in partnership with Risk & Controls teams
• Overseeing control design, testing, and audit readiness
• Providing clear financial governance and stakeholder reporting

Requirements

• Experience in finance and financial control roles within a complex organisation (Required)
• Proven experience leading transformation or change initiatives (Required)
• Experience working with Oracle ERP/EPM systems (Preferred)
• Qualified accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), or by experience (Preferred)
• English (Required)
• Great knowledge of accounting controls and financial governance frameworks (Required)
• Understanding of SOX compliance and control environments (Required)
• Experience with finance systems integration and migration (Preferred)
