The job holder ensures the closing deadlines and the posting of all business transactions.Posting of incoming and outgoing payments (QR, bank, and post) and simultaneously clearing accounts receivable/payable.Ongoing posting of movements over cash accounts in local and foreign currency.Posting and reconciling the cash of the accounting areas.Controlling the accuracy and completeness of the extracted invoices and transferring them to SAP from A3.Manual invoicing internally and externally and posting of services rendered and subsequent billing.Processing of reminders and collection processes.Pre-accounting and initiating the workflow of incoming invoices including posting after complete approval.Posting of MM invoices including any clarifications.Transfer of accounts payable invoices to X SAP.Maintaining the general ledger with reconciliation of balance sheet accounts (from payroll accounting, other receivables, and liabilities) according to the directives of team management and decentralized and centralized controlling.Posting the accruals prepared by X.Ensuring that all business transactions are correctly posted.Reviewing and approving expenses according to internal control requirements.Preparing the quarterly VAT returns for the accounting areas and providing them for review in the VAT portal.Creating and reconciling preliminary tax accounts of the accounting areas.Preparing and filing documentation according to the checklist for VAT returns.What you bring:You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and/or are a qualified accounting clerk. Work experience in financial accounting is an advantage. Your knowledge of the MS Office suite and the ERP program X are part of your profile. Accurate work and a flair for numbers and accounting are natural to you. You are a team player and flexible.
