To strengthen our Group and Customer Accounting service and ensure quality, we are looking for a responsible person for our Group and Customer Accounting department. You will be responsible for managing the complete accounting of certain companies within the Ofac Group. Autonomous, precise, and eager to utilize your technical skills and rigor, you will join a competent and stable team to support us in the development of our department. Your mission includes: Complete accounting management, quarterly closings, supplier invoice control, reconciliations of intercompany transactions and bank movements, customer invoice control and bank entries, currency/foreign exchange management, calculation of ICC and IFDR taxes, weekly form updates on our Neuenegg site. Your profile includes a qualification in accounting (federal certificate or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 years successful experience in a similar position and a multi-company environment in Switzerland. Experience with an X system (preferably Abacus Finance) and e-banking. French language proficiency is required. Good command of German or Swiss-German is an advantage. Solutions-oriented with good priority management. Strong sense of confidentiality and accuracy. Rigorous, autonomous, flexible, and organized. Good team spirit. Activity rate: 100%.
