Accountancy Talent Acquisition Manager

Affinia is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to support recruitment across the growing accountancy practice. This hands-on role manages the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple service lines and works closely with Heads of Departments, Directors and hiring managers to meet recruitment requirements.

The successful candidate will identify candidates at all levels, strengthen the employer brand and reduce reliance on external agencies through proactive direct sourcing.
