Accountancy Practice - Audit Senior/Supervisor

This prominent and well-funded practice has built an impressive reputation across Kent and London, with strong commercial links into the capital and a client portfolio that includes dynamic owner-managed businesses, established corporate groups, and clients with turnovers approaching £100 million. Due to continued growth and significant investment in the firm's future, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Audit Senior / Supervisor to play a key role within their expanding audit team. The OpportunityJoining a modern and forward-thinking practice, you will:

• Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion

• Supervise, mentor and review the work of junior team members

• Prepare statutry accounts and associated corporation tax computations

• Liaise directly with clients, building strong and lasting relationships

• Work with a varied and technically interesting portfolio, including larger and more complex entities

• Support partners and senior management on ad hoc projects and advisory work

The Ideal CandidateThe firm is seeking a technically capable and commercially aware professional who can demonstrate:

• ACA or ACCA qualification (or finalist nearing completion)

• Strong external audit experience within a UK accountancy practice

• Experience leading audits and supervising junior staff

• Solid knowledge of UK GAAP and FRS 102

• Confident client-facing skills and the ability to build credibility quickly

• A proactive and career-driven mindset

• Experience working with larger corporate clients or groups would be advantageous.
