Responsibilities- Create collateral and presentations for external sharing with customers.
- Manage campaigns through our Supply Side Platform (SSP) and track their performance.
- Run reports to assist in commercial decision-making.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests.
- Gain expertise in our systems, including the CRM platform 'Connect for Sales'.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of JCDecaux products, services, and their benefits.
- Understand the media marketplace and digital ecosystems such as DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, DMPs, etc.
- Act as a conduit for marketplace vision between insight, agencies, and client teams.
- Coordinate with other JCDecaux departments to ensure effective customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high external service standards.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Embrace feedback and learn from mistakes.
- Support senior programmatic team members in their activities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident when engaging with all levels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain productive relationships internally and externally.
- Self-motivated with good prioritization skills to meet deadlines and client expectations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Degree or equivalent experience.
