Account Manager, Existing Sellers (Fulfillment) - Job ID: Amazon Commercial Services Pty Ltd
Are you familiar with account management or sales? Join a collaborative team shaping the future of e-commerce in Australia. We are seeking an Account Manager to nurture relationships with existing Amazon Sellers and help them grow their business on Amazon's marketplace. We are growing rapidly as we work to create an outstanding shopping experience for Australians. If you would like to help us build the number one place to find and buy anything online, this role is for you.
We are looking for a motivated and driven Account Manager to join our Existing Seller Management (ESM) team, managing existing third-party sellers at Amazon's Marketplace in Australia. You'll join a team of high-performing Account Managers working with a diverse portfolio of Sellers in the AU marketplace, with ample opportunity to grow and develop new skills. You'll be responsible for developing relationships with existing sellers and optimizing their fulfillment strategy, working closely with sellers to understand their procurement requirements and collaborating with internal Amazon teams to determine the best solutions to address their business needs.
The ideal candidate will have experience developing relationships across functional areas such as procurement, production, maintenance, supply chain, and IT and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals. You should be comfortable operating in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment, be able to work autonomously, and take responsibility for achieving business objectives. This role offers a real opportunity to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever-changing business climate.
Our team operates out of our CBD office, conveniently located near transportation options. Amazon offers a competitive remuneration package, including participation in the company stock plan as applicable, and benefits such as subsidized private health insurance and paid parental leave options, among others.

- Meet or exceed targets for seller account management.
- Support Selling Partners in growing their business and following best practices to increase traffic and sales, including improving their Amazon store pages and product detail pages, leveraging Amazon Ads, promotions, deals and coupons, building their brand with Amazon Brand Registry, and managing stock and inventory.
- Analyze internal and industry data to understand the competitive landscape, identify customer behaviors, trends, and new opportunities.
- Relay market needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams including Product Management, Technical and Category Management teams.
- Drive customer satisfaction and work closely with marketing, merchandising, business development, customer service, and other key internal Amazon stakeholders.
Day-to-day: You'll start your day connecting with sellers to understand their needs, collaborating with product teams on solutions, and analyzing performance data to identify growth opportunities. You'll participate in team meetings to share insights and work together on innovative approaches to support our sellers.
About the team: We are a diverse group working from our modern CBD office. We support each other's growth while maintaining work-life balance. Our inclusive culture encourages new ideas and collaborative problem-solving.
