What You'll Do:

• Develop fresh, on-trend product ranges tailored to customer needs
• Understand clients' business goals; anticipate their needs and deliver beyond expectations
• Drive cost efficiencies while maintaining top quality-from product ideation to launch
• Negotiate to balance costs, prices, and budgets, ensuring profitability
• Stay ahead of fashion and market trends, innovating with new materials and components
• Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring flawless communication and delivery
• Mentor and inspire teammates, building a strong, motivated team
• Represent LF Fashion with professionalism and passion

What We're Looking For:

• Solid fashion industry background, with relevant experience
• Project management skills, capable of managing ideas from concept to completion
• Attention to quality and efficiency
• Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Effective communicator, adaptable and team-oriented
• Mentoring ability and enthusiasm for knowledge sharing

Qualifications:

• GCSE Maths & English or equivalent
