Account Manager

If you are a customer service professional with the ability to identify and build business opportunities then this is the role for you.

Some of your duties will include:

1. Managing a portfolio of approximately 50+ existing client accounts
2. Maintaining regular contact with clients and building successful relationships
3. Dealing with client enquiries and providing information on services provided
4. Calling potential new clients in order to introduce products provided
5. Preparing client quotations and following these up to ascertain clients' interest
6. Managing client orders received and processing through to delivery stage
