Role Overview

Playtech's GamesLink unit is seeking a results-oriented Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of strategic clients. This role is ideal for professionals who are proactive, commercially driven, and passionate about building strong client relationships in the online gaming space. The Account Manager will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and ensuring long-term customer success through tailored support and performance optimisation.

What You'll Do
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned B2B customers, developing long-term relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Partner with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and performance indicators.
  • Serve as a day-to-day contact and escalation point for all customer queries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client strategies with Playtech's product offerings.
  • Provide proactive insights and recommendations based on data analysis and customer behaviour.
  • Set up Playtech promotional tools and configure game limits in the back-office environment.
  • Analyse client websites to improve content exposure and enhance user engagement.
  • Track and report on customer performance, trends, and product utilisation.
  • Achieve and exceed performance targets within a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Qualification / Requirements
  • Proven experience in account management or customer success, ideally within the iGaming industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A commercial mindset with a focus on delivering business results and client satisfaction.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Working knowledge of Casino, Live Casino, and Poker verticals.
  • Additional language skills, particularly in Spanish or Russian.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to deliver impactful presentations.
  • Strong analytical skills with a solutions-oriented approach to challenges.
