The facts:
You ll sit within a well structured client services team. You will be the gel between the disciplines: writing, design, consultancy and production. You bring already strong client handling skills (you love this part of the role). The agency produces lots of different communications projects, but it s weighted towards large communication and messaging projects that talk to senior business audiences. You get to work with global brands and get into the detail of understanding businesses: their internal teams and their audiences and who needs to say what to whom.

You can talk through projects you have run in a clear and interesting way, from receiving a client brief (sometimes needing nailing down) and managing it through a design process to become either an annual report, a campaign, a corporate website or microsite or an identity.

Day to day you ll be talking a lot with clients and colleagues and you are someone who can use their initiative and head off issues before they develop into problems.

You ll have:

  • Dealt directly with clients, the more senior the better
  • Experience managing b2b communications projects
  • A natural interest in businesses and how they communicate with different audiences
  • Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
  • A combination of strong project admin and great people management skills

You ll be:
  • Strong on initiative (no asking twice)
  • Superlative on detail. You love it.
  • Able to read a room. Know when to speak and to listen.
  • Keen to be in the studio, soaking up as much knowledge as possible, 3-4 days a week.
