Account Manager - Print & Packaging (Surrey)

Salary: Up to £30k per annum, depending on experience.

We are currently working on behalf of a successful European organisation who are looking to recruit an ambitious Account Manager to be based at one of their key clients in Surrey.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day client relationship and business.
• Provide operational excellence, exceptional customer service, negotiation, crisis management, process and project management, and reporting.
• Oversee the complete process from conception through to completion, ensuring client expectations are exceeded and projects delivered on time, every time.
• Assist clients through each step of a campaign with technical knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience within the Print Arena (POS, DM or General Print) with strong technical knowledge.
• Ability to handle client expectations and project delivery.
