Job Description
Account Manager - South London 
Our client is an award winning, global market leader in the sector they operate, combining technical, creative and commercial expertise. Most of the UK supermarkets feature amongst our client's impressive client list. They are now seeking a further Account Manager to join the team.
Responsibilities- Act as the point of contact for sales support functions, including supplying quotations, organising delivery of samples, coordinating new product designs and changes to artwork, managing critical path for product launches with customers, and arranging technical support from the UK.
- Coordinate customer requirements within relevant lead times for manufacturing products, ensuring accurate data entry into the company's ERP system to meet delivery dates.
- Manage vendor managed inventory, using numerical skills to provide accurate stock forecasts.
- Proactively seek repeat orders, maintaining regular contact with customers to understand demand.
- Handle additional administrative functions such as order processing, organising delivery times, and invoicing.
- Experienced business to business customer service executive.
- Excellent communication skills, including email writing and telephone manner.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, flexible, dependable, and able to work without supervision after initial training.
- Solid numerical abilities and familiarity with Excel.
- Assertive, balanced approach with customers; diplomacy and discretion.
- Collaborative team player, able to form good relationships with colleagues internally and externally.
- Experience in the food retail sector is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to develop systems to manage administrative duties.
