Salary: €40,000 - €60,000 depending on experience

Our client in Laoisis looking for an Account Manager experienced with managing Service Calls and Aftersales to cover clients within the Midlands and Leinster regions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone experienced Salesperson/ Account Manager to join a growing team.

Your new role includes:

• Managing and nurturing key client accounts withinautomation sector to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborating with technical teams to react to and manage the service aspect, following up on reactive callouts with repair quotations and site visits.
• Responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any service-related issues efficiently and professionally.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored service solutions.
• Creating purchase orders and working with suppliers to organise part replacements.

Experience you need:

• Previous sales experience within automatic doors, roller shutters, industrial doors or relating industry
• Confidence in balancing several work tasks and managing own diary
• Full driver's license in compulsory as you will be required to visit client sites
• Strong IT and CRM management skills
