Role Overview:
We are seeking a high-energy, passionate individual to drive new business development within the UK Insurance market. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, enjoys face-to-face and virtual meetings, and has a flair for connecting with people to uncover and close new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Business Development: Proactively identify and approach new clients within the Insurance sector, leveraging industry events, virtual platforms, and personal networks.
  • Meeting Engagement: Organize and attend regular face-to-face and virtual meetings with prospective clients, building trust and credibility.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing deals.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong, lasting connections with key decision-makers across the Insurance sector.
  • Event Participation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote the brand and generate new leads.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product, to deliver tailored solutions to client challenges.
  • Performance Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth goals.

Skills & Experience:

  • Insurance Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with the UK P&C Insurance market.
  • Energetic & Enthusiastic: A natural people person with the energy and drive to engage clients in person and online.
  • Proven Sales Acumen: Experience in B2B sales with a focus on new business acquisition.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to captivate an audience during meetings and presentations.
  • Organized & Proactive: Excellent planning and organizational skills to schedule and attend frequent client engagements
