About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Manager to join a leading provider of contamination control solutions for the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry. This is a field-based role focused on direct sales to pharmaceutical manufacturers-no distributors involved.


You will manage and grow a portfolio of high-value clients while actively prospecting new business opportunities in the Silver and Gold customer segments. This is a strategic role with strong visibility and a clear path to front-line management within 2-3 years.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing accounts across Paris and Northern France
  • Conduct regular on-site visits to pharmaceutical manufacturing clients
  • Drive new business development through strategic prospecting
  • Promote a portfolio of technical contamination control solutions
  • Collaborate with internal technical and support teams to deliver value-added services
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals to key decision-makers


What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in technical B2B sales (minimum 5 years)
  • Background in Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Microbiology, or related field
  • Experience selling complex products or services (e.g. cleaning agents, disinfectants, validation services)
  • Strong hunter mentality with a consultative sales approach
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region


Preferred Background

  • Experience working with or selling to companies like Merck, Thermo Fisher, SGS, Intertek
  • Familiarity with contamination control, cleanroom environments, or pharmaceutical production
  • Strong track record of revenue growth and client acquisition
