The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an Entry Level Account Intelligence Specialist to join our Digital Media team in the UK.
This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented individual looking to start a career in sales. You'll support our sales efforts through research, data management, and lead generation, gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll DoData Entry and Management
Accurately input and maintain customer and prospect data in CRM systems (eg, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
Ensure accuracy and consistency across all platforms
Customer and Account Research
Research contacts within target accounts using online resources (LinkedIn, Google, ZoomInfo)
Identify key decision-makers and personas to support SDR and marketing targeting
Gather company information (industry, size, turnover, etc.)
CRM Management
Maintain and update CRM records
Input gathered data and contact details into the system
Use reports and dashboards to track performance
Lead Generation Support
Identify and qualify potential leads through research and outreach
Use LinkedIn and company websites for prospecting
Build and maintain targeted prospect lists
Sales & Marketing Support
Provide intelligence to support the sales team
Deliver administrative support as needed
Identify target contacts for marketing campaigns
Use tools such as ZoomInfo for contact acquisition
Communication
Communicate clearly and professionally with team members
Assist with initial outreach via email or phone
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Strong interest in sales and business development
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
Experience with LinkedIn, Google, and ZoomInfo desirable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proactive and results-driven attitude
