The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an Entry Level Account Intelligence Specialist to join our Digital Media team in the UK.

This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented individual looking to start a career in sales. You'll support our sales efforts through research, data management, and lead generation, gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

Data Entry and Management

  • Accurately input and maintain customer and prospect data in CRM systems (eg, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across all platforms

Customer and Account Research

  • Research contacts within target accounts using online resources (LinkedIn, Google, ZoomInfo)

  • Identify key decision-makers and personas to support SDR and marketing targeting

  • Gather company information (industry, size, turnover, etc.)

CRM Management

  • Maintain and update CRM records

  • Input gathered data and contact details into the system

  • Use reports and dashboards to track performance

Lead Generation Support

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through research and outreach

  • Use LinkedIn and company websites for prospecting

  • Build and maintain targeted prospect lists

Sales & Marketing Support

  • Provide intelligence to support the sales team

  • Deliver administrative support as needed

  • Identify target contacts for marketing campaigns

  • Use tools such as ZoomInfo for contact acquisition

Communication

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members

  • Assist with initial outreach via email or phone


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

  • Strong interest in sales and business development

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus

  • Experience with LinkedIn, Google, and ZoomInfo desirable

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Proactive and results-driven attitude
