Account Executive, Service Cloud Growth & Solutions

Salesforce's Service Cloud team seeks an Account Executive to drive growth across Contact Centre, ITSM and HR Service with emphasis on Agentforce Voice and Digital Engagement. You will manage high-impact enterprise opportunities from discovery to close.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to craft compelling value propositions, build account plans, and expand ACV with existing customers while ensuring customer success and renewal pace.
