Responsibilities
  • Deliver and exceed quarterly targets for SaaS and Services, selling to clients face-to-face and via online meetings.
  • Focus on driving new sales in the territory while growing a select set of existing accounts (New Business role).
  • Generate pipeline for the territory by prospecting into existing and new targets; create at least 50% of your own pipeline.
  • Deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to new and existing clients via web and on-site presentations, including our Pro 3D camera.
  • Demonstrate strong product acumen and understanding of the Matterport value proposition and benefits.
  • Maintain operational excellence in day-to-day territory management by accurately forecasting weekly, monthly and quarterly numbers.
  • Utilize Sales tools (SFDC, Groove, Highspot, LinkedIn) effectively.
  • Collaborate with Services, Customer Success, Support and Pre-Sales teams to ensure appropriate plans to support customers.
  • Attend sales meetings and prepare presentations; actively participate in regional events, networking and customer events to drive business relationships.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • A track record of success across multiple business cycles at prior employers.
  • Proven sales experience in the UK with SaaS, including closing multiple SaaS multi-year deals.
  • Ability to lead up to 10-12 customer meetings per week.
  • Value-based solution selling using ROI and MEDDPICC across mid-market to enterprise deals.
  • Ability to build pipeline for a mid-range sales cycle that closes in 4-9 months.
  • History of achieving 100% sales quotas (SAAS, ACV).
  • Experience serving clients in Commercial or Residential Real Estate, Facilities Management, Manufacturing, Travel & Hospitality, or Construction within SaaS technology.
