Job Description
As an Account Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in revolutionizing hospitality operations by driving new business and ensuring our solutions deliver measurable value to hoteliers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting and lead qualification to demos, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Follow up on demo requests and inbound marketing leads.
  • Identify key decision-makers, uncover business needs, and position tailored solutions.
  • Book and manage product demonstrations while tracking all activities in the CRM.
  • Ensure a smooth handover to the Implementation team after closing new accounts.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline integrity.
  • Provide local market insights to enhance inbound and outbound marketing initiatives.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging challenges.
  • Prospect locally when required and represent the company at hospitality events.
Requirements
  • Fluent command of German at a C2 level and English C1 level
  • 5+ years of proven experience in sales, within hospitality or SaaS/technology sectors
  • Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry, particularly independent hotels
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to engage and persuade at all levels
  • Confident in managing the full sales cycle with a track record of exceeding targets
  • Skilled in CRM usage and pipeline management
Nice to have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field
