Job Description
Your job

As an Account Executive, you are responsible for maximizing the value of our existing client portfolio. You secure renewals, drive growth through upsell and cross-sell and build long-term, trust-based relationships with hiring organizations across the DACH region. You work data-driven and proactively: you monitor performance, identify opportunities and translate client hiring needs into the right solutions.

Who you are
  • Regular QBRs & structured performance meetings: Run data-driven reviews with clear goals, insights, and action plans with key partners.
  • Deep customer understanding: Understand hiring strategy, success metrics, and challenges to position the right solutions.
  • Ongoing performance monitoring: Continuously track KPIs like clicks, applies, cost per application, and fill rates.
  • Proactive optimization and issue diagnosis: Identify root causes of underperformance and propose clear actions (budget shifts, job ad improvements, product mix changes).
  • Consistent follow-up & impact measurement: Follow up on agreed actions, measure the impact, and communicate results back to the client.
  • Relationship building & consultative partnership: Build effective, long-term relationships with HR, TA, and business leaders; educate on best practices and labour market trends; collaborate internally to solve issues.
  • Process & CRM excellence: Keep CRM data clean and up to date, manage renewals systematically (90-120 days before end), and use standardized templates and processes to drive consistency.
Qualifications
  • Requires a minimum of 4 years of related experience, or a Bachelor's degree.
  • You are motivated to hunt (cold-call), and educate - you're not easily intimidated by new relationships.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, telephone etiquette, and delivering engaging presentations.
  • You have a data-focused and self-motivated approach.
  • The aptitude to learn and apply new concepts.
