Account Executive - SME Sales Brussels

Your Mission

As an Account Executive, you will:

  • Drive new business development and manage existing SME accounts (30-50 employees)
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads
  • Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients and key decision-makers
  • Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Operations) and external partners (agents, consultants, real estate professionals)


Based in: Brussels

Languages: Fluent French, Dutch & English required


What You Bring

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in service-based or solution-selling environments
  • A successful track record of closing deals with SME clients
  • A hunter mentality with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Autonomy, resilience, and a genuine drive for success


What's in It for You

  • Up to €55,000 gross/year (including 13th month and vacation pay)
  • Uncapped commissions
  • 22 days paid holiday (20 legal + 2 extra-legal)
