THE ROLEWe're looking for a Social & Content Account Director to lead on culturally-charged, multi-platform social campaigns for some of our most exciting accounts.
You'll be the key connector between clients, creatives, creators, and culture. You'll own social-first strategies, manage always-on and campaign delivery, and bring bold POVs on what makes content land and spread.
You'll lead a growing social and content team, working across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and emerging platforms with a keen eye on what's now, what's next and what actually works.
This is not a traditional comms role. This is for someone who can thrive in the blur between platforms, pop culture, and performance.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Client Ownership- Be the senior social contact across multiple accounts
- Translate brand briefs into culturally sharp, platform-specific content plans
- Run WIPs, status updates, and client workshops with energy and clarity
- Build trust, bring energy, and challenge constructively
- Own content calendars, community plans, and creative comms
- Bring TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platform insight
- Partner with Creative to build scroll-stopping campaigns
- Stay across content trends, platform updates, and algorithm shifts
- Help identify creators and talent that align with brand and campaign goals
- Collaborate with our Communication and Culture team on seeding, co-creation and partnerships
- Track performance, optimise content and adjust as needed
- Oversee campaign recaps, reporting and social insights
- Know what metrics matter, what's noise, and what to feed back to clients
- Collaborate with Strategy team to add deeper analysis
- Lead and mentor a hungry social team
- Create clarity and momentum in delivery
- Support growth, reviews and personal development of junior team
- A culturally fluent, socially native Account Director (or experienced SAM ready to step up)
- 6-8 years agency-side experience across lifestyle, F&B, retail, or entertainment
- Obsessed with TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels and influencer dynamics
- Skilled in managing teams and client expectations simultaneously
- Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and pitching content strategy
- Plugged into internet culture, creator economy and emerging platform
- Able to switch gears between daily content ops and campaign-led storytelling
- Commercially aware and operationally sound
