Job Description

Level: Senior (6+ years of experience)

Job Type: Full Time (On Site - In Office)

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 P/A (plus bonus)

About The Role

As an Account Director, you'll lead a portfolio of key client accounts - driving strategy, delivery and growth. You'll be a trusted partner to senior clients, overseeing best in class influencer campaigns that deliver measurable impact. You'll inspire and develop your team, collaborate across departments, and play a key role in shaping the future of our client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build trusted, long term relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, translating client goals into bold, effective influencer marketing strategies.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for innovation, optimisation, and growth.
  • Partner with strategy and creative teams to craft high impact influencer campaigns.
  • Oversee the full campaign lifecycle - from influencer selection to content delivery and reporting.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope and on budget.
  • Use data and insights to evaluate performance and inform future work.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to help the team thrive.
  • Champion collaboration across departments to drive consistency and excellence.
  • Manage account financials including forecasting, budgeting and profitability.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and drive account growth.
  • Collaborate with the new business team on proposals and pitches.
  • Stay ahead of creator trends and platform innovation to keep our clients leading the conversation.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in account management or client services within an influencer, social or creative agency.
  • Proven experience leading large scale campaigns with measurable results.
  • Confident communicator and strong presenter who builds trust with clients and teams.
  • Commercially minded with experience managing budgets and forecasting revenue.
  • Deep understanding of influencer culture, creator partnerships and social media trends.
