Looking to lead and innovate? We're after a sharp, dynamic Account Director to take charge of our Client Services team, working with big-name brands across the UK and beyond.

• Own client relationships and deliver standout social content and paid media campaigns.
• Lead creative briefings, manage project timelines, and keep budgets in check.
• Work closely with our creative and strategy teams to bring campaigns to life.
• Drive growth with renewals, pitching fresh ideas, and finding upsell opportunities.
• Mentor and manage your team, making sure processes are smooth and efficient.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring we're always pushing boundaries.

• 5+ years in an agency role with a track record of smashing account management.
• Solid experience in social and paid media.
• OOH & TVC experience is a plus.
• A cool head, laser-focused organisation skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Confidence, creativity, and the ability to anticipate client needs.
• A problem-solver with a can-do attitude and strong team spirit.
