- You're comfortable discussing 2LK's offering and finding opportunities to broaden perceptions of the agency
- You're a natural manager of stakeholders, ensuring we drive decisions in a smart and collaborative manner, both internally and with clients
- You have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proven ability to manage multiple work streams and client relationships
- You're an engaging and persuasive presenter and enjoy pitching - both on brand new opportunities and leading ongoing client creative development
- You're a compelling writer, able to adapt tone and style across pitch presentations, marketing materials, briefing documents and SOWs
- You understand the need for clear communications, both internally and with clients
- You have strong commercial acumen - from opportunity mining and revenue forecasting to managing proposals, budgets, and reconciliation
- You know how to shape and secure scopes of work with clear and measurable objectives, while protecting space for creative exploration
- You have relentless attention to detail, ensuring our work is accurate and professional
- You understand that great work comes from great collaboration - you're a connector who brings out the best in creative teams
10+ years' relevant experience within brand experience, events and experiential design. As an intentionally tech-focused agency, we're looking for your experience to include work with global technology brands - and a portfolio that showcases not just what you've delivered, but the creative thinking behind it.
LocationOur offices are located in Farnham, Surrey. We have a flexible working approach to our working week; for this role you would be required to be in the office at least three days a week.
