We have an exciting opportunity for a Sessional Accommodation Support Officer to join our team at Loughborough College Group, based at Brooksby.
Working patterns available are:
- Weekend shifts Saturday and Sunday: 07:30 - 23:00 - various shifts
- Monday to Friday Evenings: 17:00 - 23:00
Must be routinely available to work times listed above as well as flexibility to cover other shifts.
Applicants should be over 18 years of age and will be required to apply for an enhanced DBS check and participate in induction training prior to shift allocation.
Responsibilities- Participate in the running of all aspects of accommodation services to ensure full compliance with health and safety, housing and accommodation legislation and wellbeing and security for 181 residents, for students aged 16 -18.
- Undertake First Aid at Work training.
- Provide 24/7 site support cover, emergency call-outs, sickness and holiday cover to provide service cover at key times.
- Possess qualifications in Maths and English Levels 4-9 (GCSE grades A-C) or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Good level of administration, organisation and IT skills.
- Previous experience of working in a role with children or vulnerable adults.

The successful candidate will be employed by The Leicestershire College, a subsidiary company of Loughborough College.
