Accommodation Operations Lead

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking an Accommodation Manager to lead our accommodation teams across the Isle of Wight parks. You will recruit, coach and inspire staff while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

You'll forecast labour, plan resources, and coordinate daily operations with maintenance and guest experience teams. A hands-on approach with lifting and driving is required, with flexibility for weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
