Aufgaben
As Accommodation Manager - Student Housing (m/f/d), you will oversee the daily operations of our residence in Graz, ensuring a welcoming, safe, and well-managed environment where students feel at home. You will serve as the main contact for residents, guests, and partners, and play a key role in delivering the Lumis experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee smooth, day-to-day operations of our student residence in Graz
- Deliver outstanding service and personal support to students, guests, and visitors
- Manage rental inquiries and occupancy through various channels, including social media
- Ensure high occupancy levels through proactive and efficient management
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and house regulations
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and service providers
- Lead, schedule, and support the on-site team, ensuring optimal use of staff resources
- Manage budgets, control expenses, and process invoices accurately
- Maintain operational documentation and prepare reports for management
- Handle administrative tasks, ensuring timely preparation and follow-up
Profil
- Completed secondary education (e.g., Matura, HAK, HBLA) or vocational training in hospitality, property management, or a related field
- Professional experience in student housing, property management, or hospitality; experience in Austria is an advantage
- Strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
- Leadership qualities with a hands-on, proactive mindset
- Excellent German skills (min. C1) and good English (min. B2)
- Confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with property management software is beneficial
- Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented approach to handling multiple tasks and priorities
