Access & Outreach Coordinator

Jobtailor in Oxford is seeking an organised administrator to support the Sustained Contact Programme for Key Stage 4 students. You will format information packs, timetables and Canva materials, and assist with on-site visits, taster days and open days.

You'll also coordinate outreach staff, manage the outreach inbox, and liaise with schools and attendees while ensuring data privacy and safeguarding compliance. This role requires strong IT skills and teamwork.
