Job Title: Digital Product Line Owner R&D Accelerator
- Location: Paris
- Hybrid: 60% office based, 40% remote
- Permanent: Full time

By doing so, we provide rapid insights on our drugs' efficacy and safety.
Within this product line, two key products can make a true difference in bringing our treatments to market months earlier and saving significant time for our R&D teams, allowing them to focus on science.
About the role
In this role, you will serve two critical functions:
- As a senior leader acting as the effective CEO of a key R&D digital product portfolio, where you will define product strategies, oversee a high-performing team to deliver cutting-edge solutions, and champion a culture of innovation
- As a key member of the R&D Accelerator leadership team - an innovation entity that defines new agile mindset for developing differentiating digital products. In this capacity, you will be a change champion, driving transformation not only within your teams but across the entire ecosystem
Your dual role positions you at the intersection of product development and organizational transformation, where you will:

- Influence and align stakeholders across the broader R&D organization
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Development Leaders, R&D & Digital Development stakeholders to refine and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for R&D digital products
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, launch, and continuous optimization
- Ensure feature prioritization, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery using Agile methodologies
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of product and engineering professionals
- Ensure each digital product is truly differentiating and embeds several killer features
- Measure and report the business impact of digital products to executives
- Recruit, lead, and support a diverse and talented team in partnership with the P&C function
- Identify, document, and disseminate best practices in Agile, product management, and related disciplines across all R&D Accelerator product pods
- Promote and manage reusability and urbanization of features across digital accelerator products
You'll have significant experience in leading and managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, preferably within R&D or product development. As well as experience of:
- Deep understanding of the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and strategy to development, launch, and ongoing optimization
- Extensive experience with Agile development methodologies and their practical application
- Understanding of AI/ML principles, applications, and their potential to enhance the R&D process
- Ability to conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessments to identify product opportunities
- Proven ability to define and execute product strategies and roadmaps that align with business objectives and deliver measurable results
- Familiarity with the R&D process
- Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain top talent, with experience in coaching, mentoring, and performance management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and French
- Excellent communication and presenting skills, including with executive stakeholders
- Track-record of problem-solving and overcoming roadblocks in a complex environment
- Strong cross-functional leadership and influencing skills
- Strong project management skills
- Master's degree in computer science or equivalent scientific field
