Academy Performance & Wellbeing Lead

London City Lionesses seeks an Academy Performance Wellbeing Lead to foster a high performance care culture and provide a safe, supportive environment for academy players. You will drive wellbeing initiatives, coach and mentor athletes, and work within a multidisciplinary team to support personal and professional development.

You will coordinate IDPs, support transitions to senior football, and liaise with parents and external partners to optimise wellbeing outcomes.
